Technology Maintenance Agreements

For a fixed monthly fee, Premiere Communications will maintain your business technology systems including your telephones, computer network, security cameras, and other technology services.

The benefits of having a technology service maintenance agreement include:

Budget and Savings - Maintenance helps a company budget its technology operating costs. If a major failure occurs, the monthly maintenance plan would cover such an occurrence instead of a costly unplanned system failure.

Peace of Mind - Knowing that your system is covered can give you assurance that if anything does happen your system will be back up and running smoothly without costly repairs.

Faster Response Time - Preferred customer status gives you the fastest response time for service. If another call was received by a non-maintenance customer, the maintenance customer would receive priority handling with two-hour major alarm response time and eight-hour minor alarm response time.

Free Phone Support - Do you need help programming a phone? Call us and we’ll give you free “over the phone” support. Customers that do not have a maintenance agreement are billed $25.00 for the first 15 minutes.

Free On-site Annual Technician Visit - Premiere Communications will provide an on-site technician to ensure your phone system will continue to run smoothly. The on-site tech visit can identify potential problems and correct them. This is a $120.00 value.
